JAN’S VOICE INSTRUCTION & CLASSES

PRIVATE VOCAL INSTRUCTION

One on one instruction tailored to the specific needs of students at all levels of experience and ability. Areas to be covered include pitch, interval training, breath control, beginning music theory, and performance skills. Lessons can easily be adjusted to include audition preparation.

SEMI-PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Private lessons or two or three students per session.

GROUP LESSONS

Instruction for three to six students per session. Class goals will be designed based upon the needs of enrolled students.

Instructor Bio

JAN RICHESON DAVIS: is a classically trained musician celebrating 17 years of experience as music director in children’s theatre. She has also taught students of all ages the fundamentals of singing and audition preparation. She holds degrees from Ball State and Pepperdine Universities and most recently studied vocal production and performance with Nancy Bliss Estes and Bruce McClurg.

In addition to filling out the online registration form above, please also print out the following required documents to complete, sign, and return to the CTLB on or before the first day of class. Registration open to students ages 10 and up

Group Classes: 8 weeks (3 - 6 students/class)
--- Beginners Group - Mondays September 28 - November 16 from 3:30pm - 5:30pm ---
--- Intermediate Group - Thursdays October 1 - November 19 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm ---
Private/Semi-Private Sessions: (1 - 3 students per session)
--- Mondays September 28 - November 16 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm ---
--- Thursdays October 1 - November 19 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm ---
at the Los Altos UMC (5950 E Willow St, Long Beach, CA 90815)

Program Fee:
--- Group Classes $215 per student (Max 6/class) ---

--- Fee includes a $25 non-refundable deposit ---
