Hope you’re all blooming and ready for some plant-tastic news! 🌿

Our next Junior Stage Musical “Little Shop of Horrors” is now open for registration!!!

Picture this: a musical journey filled with quirky characters, catchy tunes, and more than a little botanical mayhem. Audrey II, our star plant, can’t wait to meet your little sprouts!

Here’s the scoop:

  • Who’s Invited: Budding performers 6 – 18 years old
  • Cost to Join the Green Team: $150
  • Registration opens online wide as Audrey II’s jaws: January 8th

Rehearsal Schedule:

  • WHEN: First Rehearsal Feb 3
    • Then Every Sat & Sun 1-5pm
  • WHERE: Bayshore Church 5200 The Toledo Long Beach CA. (We will be in multiple locations there over the rehearsal period so a schedule will be sent to you before the first day of rehearsal.)

Bloomin’ Finale:

  • Showtime: TBA – either May 18th & 19th OR May 25th & 26th
  • Location: Ernest Borgnine Theater, 855 E Elm Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813
  • Performances in Full Bloom: 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Fall 2026 Production - Beetlejuice Jr

Open to students grades 2 - 12.

Grades 2-8 are automatically in the show and MAY ALSO audition for a lead.

Grades 9-12 are required to audition to get into the show and are NOT automatically in the show.

Mandatory Parent Meeting: Saturday Sept 5 from 1pm-2pm

Placement Auditions: Saturday Sept 5 from 1pm-5pm

Placement Callbacks: Sunday Sept 6 from 1pm-5pm

Rehearsals: Saturdays & Sundays from 1-5pm beginning Sept 12 (excluding Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend 11/28-29
Rehearsal Location: Los Altos United Methodist Church (5950 E Willow St., Long Beach, CA 90815)

Tech Week:  TBD

Shows: Fri Dec 11 - 7pm, Sat Dec 12 - 2pm & 7pm, Sun Dec 13 - 2pm at the Ernest Borgnine Theatre (355 Elm Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813)

CTLB Weekenders program is for Students Ages 7 - 18. Open registration for grades 2 - 8 (ensembles) and Grades 9th - 12th by audition only

Registration Fees (Grades 2 - 8 -- Ensembles): $250 per student and optional Merch due upon registration (full payment or by a 50/50 2-payment plan). A $50 non-refundable registration fee is a part of the $250 registration fee and is required at registration. An early registration discount of $25 will be applied if registered and fully paid by 8/21/26.

Audition & Registration Fees (Grades 9 - 12): $50 non-refundable Audition Fee is due upon audition registration (fee applied to Registration Fee, if cast). Total Registration Fee is $250. Balance of $200 (after $50 audition fee has been applied) is paid after casting (link to payment page will be provided). Optional Merch will be available for purchase at that time.

Please list any known rehearsal conflicts. No more that 3 conflicts accepted during rehearsals. No conflicts accepted during tech week or shows.
