Disney’s Aladdin JR. is based on the 1992 Academy Award®-winning film and the 2014 hit Broadway show about the “diamond in the rough” street rat who learns that his true worth lies deep within.

 

The story you know and love has been given the royal treatment! Aladdin is down on his luck until he discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character. With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the beloved story will open up “a whole new world” for our young performers!

Grades 4 - 5 »» $89     •     Grades 1 - 3 »» $85     •     Kindergarten »» $75     •     Stage Crew »» $50

 

  REHEARSAL DATES & TIMES

Thursdays 1:45 - 3:45 and Fridays 2:15 - 4:15

 (see below for when grades start rehearsals and other important dates)

 

IMPORTANT DATES

 

For Parents

Important Parent Information Meeting: Friday September 27 @ 2:30-3:30 pm or 6:00-7:00 pm

 

For Grades 4 - 5 

Audition Workshops:  Thurs Oct 3 @ 1:30-4:00  & Fri Oct 4 @ 2:15-5:00

Rehearsals will begin on Thursday October 10

 

For Grades 1 - 3

Rehearsals will begin on November 7

 

For Kindergarten

Rehearsals will begin after Thanksgiving (look for more information in October)

 

Stage Crew Grades 4 - 5 only

Stage Crew will be scheduled as needed for the rehearsal process 

 

FOR ALL GRADES

Tech Week at Lakewood High School is January 21 - 24 (times to be announced)

 

 

Please be responsible for reminding your child when they are scheduled for rehearsals. Theatre volunteers will NOT be escorting children to  or from rehearsals. 

 

Please print, fill out and send the Consent Forms with your student to their FIRST rehearsal 

or

Drop off the Consent Forms in the PTA mailbox in the office!
